Best I've found for a rear-facing child
Love this fan! In the car, I don't have wind deflectors on the back seat, and I have a rear-facing child. This promotes air circulation to the baby. I put it in the center back seat and pointed the air vents straight back in the center of the car. My boys are comfortable and my older child will even tell me he's cold enough to turn off the fan! It makes an annoying noise when switched on. But if you can block it, then great!
