I have been using and loving this product since I bought it. Kava is strong and I honestly don't understand why people struggle so much to get it to stand, I've never had a problem. However, I am writing this when I need to buy a new basket. There's little the company can do to fix this. Quality control did their job but the functionality of the design is terrible. After a week of use, the metal handles tear right out of the sleeves and into the fabric. This will happen as it carries a lot of weight and is an unyielding metal versus thread and canvas. Of course the threads broke. In addition, your basket will start to stink. Due to the metal and cloth, there's no real way to properly clean this other than spot cleaning. These are design flaws and I would be interested if this company came back with a new version. It's really cute, don't get me wrong, but it sucks. I knew from the photos it was going to happen, but I didn't expect the thread to succumb in just a year. You get what you pay for.
