This chair is not of very good quality. The first came with a hole, I contacted them and they sent me a new top. However, the new one came with the footrest screws snapped off and would not assemble properly. And the base allows the chair to tilt if rotated in just one spot. So I had to figure out how to mount the footrest somehow, and now I have to tell my customers "sorry about the tilt". Needless to say, it took me a lot of time to figure it out. how to make it reasonably useful. It's sad because it's a really nice chair.
