Great way to replace plastic.

I really found the products to be of very good quality and workmanship. I use a linen bag for bread baking and a freezer bag for buns for sandwiches. Both items go well with bread and rolls. The only thing that bothers me is the washing instructions. The recommended water temperature is given in degrees Celsius. Fahrenheit should be included for those of us in the US
