Works good, sounds good.
I easily removed our 17 year old bathroom fan from the ceiling (3 small screws). Vacuuming the galvanized housing was essential to the smooth and quiet operation of the new fan motor after installation. With our old fan sitting still for so long, this newly installed motor takes a little getting used to. For a budget kit and with low noise DBs, this DIY quick fix works great and sounds great. 5 Stars.
