I think the idea of a phone holder that connects to a charger so you can charge wirelessly is by far the best idea including suction cups on the windshield. Air vents, cup holders, CD slot or something else. Now this product gets an upgrade rating because it comes with an AC vent adapter so you can easily switch if you are not satisfied with the cigarette lighter holder performance. HOWEVER, if you're buying this because you want a lighter, my review will be valuable to you before you buy. The lighter can rotate easily. I guess if you can bend it straight up and relieve the pressure, but what's the point if it gets your phone in the way of control or creates a security issue? It's disappointing that this current model doesn't work properly. I like this idea. I think the charger should have an adjustable mount that can act as legs or stand under the cigarette lighter for anything (usually a tray for sunglasses or loose change). If you use this technology properly, I will not only buy a replacement, but I will happily give a full excellent review.
