These blades are used to cut 3/4" cedar lintels that hold 4' glass window panels to a cedar canopy. I had to remove the trim to stop the rot on the window sills They were invaluable - they cut fast, stay sharp and allow for precise cuts without damaging the surrounding cedar window frames. Even better. I completed the cuts without a single scratch or broken window pane! Advice for one good job Remember to set the multitool speed to low for more control and consider placing a protective barrier (e.g. a small piece of roofing material) between the multitool head/broad part of a blade and unneeded surfaces .Accidental scratching by focusing on the cut, especially when working in tight spaces/corners.
