Review on Efficient Deep Tissue and Muscle Massage Gun - NoCry Professional Cordless Handheld with 5 Speeds and 4 Attachment Heads; Ideal for Athletes and Office Workers by Laura Turner

Stroke length 10mm NOT 12mm

I have a Hypervolt plus and was hoping to get something comparable as a second unit. In terms of build quality, it is on par with the Hypervolt. In terms of performance at low speed settings, NoCry doesn't stop that easily, but under some pressure it definitely loses speed, like it's about to stall. This problem does not occur at medium and high speeds. The Hypervolt plus performs very well at all speeds, although I wish it had more speed options. What really annoyed me, and the reason for the 2 stars, is the false advertising of the 12mm travel. THIS IS NOT 12MM! It's 10mm, so if that matters to you, now you know. Hypervolt plus advertises 13mm, I measured that and it's accurate. I measured NoCry and it's 10mm. does it matter? It doesn't seem to be on the ruler, but in massage it's amazing. The 10mm massager feels like an amazing vibrating massager, while the 13mm massager has much more space for deep tissue percussion massage. Is Hypervolt plus worth $450? No way! Not now that I know generic brands offer the same build quality at a fraction of the price. But the key for me is finding a third party brand that has the same 13-16mm shock with the same low 45-50 decibel noise level for less than $200. Any suggestions?
