A good basic set of broom and dustpan. There's nothing surprising about that, but there's nothing wrong with it either. Very easy to assemble, just twist the pieces together. The rods with black plastic ends fit into the plastic ends of the broom and dustpan. Both the broom and dustpan are height adjustable as there are three 16" bars and one 12" bar, not counting the two bars with handles. This allows bars of the appropriate height to be added, removed or replaced. I was concerned that this set might be flimsy but found it to be quite durable after putting it all together and using it for two weeks. The broom sweeps well and the dustpan's rubber lip sits firmly on the floor so nothing gets caught in the dustpan. Teeth collect pet hair and coarse dust settles on broom bristles. The bristles are just over 3.5 inches long, which is good enough for small debris. They're a good combination of softness and strength and aren't too springy, making them easy to sweep. Two things that could be improved are that the "loops" on the dustpan are a bit tight and the "hanging hole" on the broom handle is not suitable for hanging. I got this set to sweep the litter box as litter ends up everywhere. So far I'm happy with my purchase.
