The service is excellent! They are always there when you need them to help solve any problems or questions regarding your trip/tour etc.. Very professional team who take care of their customers in every way possible!! Nothing at this time but if anything were ever needed they would be right by our side for us. We have used IBEServices many times over several years now as we travel around Europe often so it has become second nature to use these guys whenever required (we don't even think about looking elsewhere). So far nothing bad can really come out saying how great everyone working here from reception through sales support - everything works perfectly well together seamlessly which makes life easier than having multiple companies doing different things separately.
