Fits great on my 2016 RAM. Installation took 15 minutes and that includes removing from the packaging, reading the directions, etc.I took the advise of another reviewer and did not remove the rubber seal as the directions called for. I also did not install the little clear round bumpers, I drove around all day after installing and the shield didn't flex or rub anywhere, I'll keep an eye on it, but don't think those bumpers are needed either.I really debated this style shield versus the stick on version. I liked this one, didn't want to deal with the double sided tape, and if I want to I can remove this one and reinstall pretty quick/easy. It should protect the leading edge of the hood like the stick on version would, but also has the lip to redirect airflow over the hood and windshield. Time will tell in how effective it actually is, but it can't hurt.
