2000 Dodge Ram 3500 - actually turned out to be a good rack mount. I've tried a few that "overlay" each other on the storage shelf. They have a hole cut out in the stick wire frame. This bracket completely replaces the standard part of the luggage rack. This makes it nice because there is now MUCH more room for wires behind it. This is good for my mechanical gauges as I used stainless steel beads and -4 AN fittings for the gauges. It attaches with just one screen and to my great surprise it holds up well, the stand attaches well and firmly to the truck. A screw is visible but easy to loosen. Be sure to measure twice when drilling the hole for this. The filling moves away by approx. 5 mm. Oh good.
