I'm not going to lie, it was a painstaking assembly. Not all of the pipes were fully screwed in, so it was difficult to tighten them enough to hold the shape to put on the wall. Since then not all the tubes were evenly tightened, it was impossible to mathematically align the holes. It had to be placed on the wall and tweaked a little to make it straight. Then I had to mark all the holes for the anchors (I only made 2 holes instead of all 4 to save time and nerves). It worked fine with this method. Only one hole didn't fit, which I consider a great achievement given my fear of horrific disappointment. I measured twice, cut once, as they say, and avoided the Swiss damping of my wall. Now that everything is finished (which took about a week of mental preparation), I am completely thrilled. It doesn't matter that some tubes were looser than others because they are all bolted. It's pretty solid. It is as big as it looks in the pictures. And he masterfully holds coat and boots. And well, the style is worth the pain of customization. There is nothing comparable on the web. Now that it's hanging on the wall, it looks like it's always been there. Understand it, but just know it was a definite pain. A second person wouldn't make the task any easier either.
