I really liked it when I took it out of the box. Looks very neat with a smooth top. I was happy about that, because the one I have now has a slightly recessed heating plate. That makes it a bit problematic for large circles. And I use very large coffee cups. So the first time I used it it was great. I could use my largest cup just as well as my smallest cup. So why such a bad overall grade? This is because the heater cannot determine what is in the heating zone. I accidentally put my iPhone on the heater but when I took it off the heater it was too late. I welded my new phone! You know, it's a mistake for someone to give a bad review on a product because the courier stepped on someone's petunia, or the box tore, it was shipped to the wrong place, etc. The review should be on the product, not by all means the one with receipt of the goods. Well I think my problem is directly related to the product. There must be a way to turn the heater on and off manually, or some other way to protect my iPhone. As usual, the return process was quick and easy. I spend a lot of money on Revain because of the customer-friendly return policy. In any case, these are great glasses. I hope you get them because they are really good designs.
