Time saver but far from perfect

This product is definitely a time saver but it is NOT 100% accurate. Company and personal names are not always scanned correctly and classified in the correct category (company name, mobile phone, etc.). Admittedly, a lot of fonts and logos on business cards make it difficult to decipher the company name (even for me!), so I can't blame the scanner. Considering how many different types of business cards there are in this world, it does a pretty good job. The good news is that this product seems to understand NUMBERS very well and I usually find numbers to be the hardest characters to type as I really have to pay close attention (and therefore spend more time). Another aspect I like about this scanner is that it is very portable. It's small, comes with a USB cable (which powers the device) and a carrying case that contains both the scanner and the cable. Definitely a nice feature. So far I am satisfied with this product. I scanned, organized, and "checked" 40 business cards in about 20 minutes, which I think is a decent amount of time. Typing them into Outlook would have taken about 2 hours, or 3 hours including "distractions". Overall, I think it's a good business tool, and Revain's low price makes it good overall.
