I like that instead of the overly long standard cord, the main cord stays short (but long enough) and there's a separate extension if you need to use it remotely. I also like that they have a switch to toggle between using a TRS connection and a TRRS connection instead of needing a non-ergonomic adapter. Based on these facts alone, I would recommend the product over alternatives in the same price range.
