ORIGINALREVIEW Totally happy with it. It's comfortable, quiet and changing the bin liner is easy. (Our previous trash can threw up nearly every sack on the way out.) The ring that holds the trash can in place is easy to remove and replace, and the black removable top block hangs down the sides just enough to to cover the ring and stow the trash can completely a way. Just make sure you press the switch before removing the top to swap out the bag. Otherwise, that mouth will open and close like a fish out of water. UPDATE After a few months the lid wouldn't open more than an inch. Changing the battery or cleaning the hinge area didn't help. If you read other reviews you will find this mentioned elsewhere. Since I've had it less than a year, the company replaced the head for a $9.95 "warranty fee". Luckily there are no shipping costs. ANOTHER UPDATE I've had this bin for two years now. Replacing the lid also failed. I've ordered two more lids as it seems like the lid goes bad every year or so. Still $9.95 each. Oh, and my repeat business got me on the company's spam list, so they're sending me ads almost every day now.
