My fiance and I bought three Arlo Pro 2 cameras hoping to protect our home. At least one of the cameras has malfunctioned at one point since purchase and although I've tried contacting tech support many times, I've only successfully contacted anyone twice, even though they say they're available 24/7 . I should also mention here that phone support is only free for the first 90 days after purchase and chat never works. Additionally, there is no customer service department and I have been told several times that tech support cannot process returns, only replace faulty products. At the moment I don't need a replacement, I want a refund so I can spend the money on cameras that really work as they should. So keep looking and don't waste your money on cameras that only work half the time from a company that doesn't even have a customer care and tech support department with their own issues.
