This product will drive you crazy for 5 legitimate reasons first. First, the instructions are terrible. Second, it takes forever to find an app. Thirdly, the application is not user-friendly at all and there are no instructions for the application. Fourth, there is no customer service. Fifth, you won't find a YouTube video anywhere, or any video provided by the company showing how to set up and use this hologram fan. It took us HOURS to figure out the first steps and the next day the app told us our password was wrong so we had to start over. That was two days ago and we're still awaiting a response from their support team via email. Still. Even if this product only works 50%, it's still pretty darn amazing and well worth the money spent. Hopefully one day we'll get a video to upload and work with, as well as a JPG. One day the videos work fine. The next day, the app won't let you download the exact same videos in the same mp4 format. Don't ask me why Support never answered us. Serious. If you're from China and selling something in the US, just pay the US buyer to write instructions for you! And then ask them to create a simple setup video for you. Or do it commercially. This saves us hours of frustration and annoyance when we discover that you actually wrote your instructions from start to finish rather than cover to finish. But no one in the US knows because you didn't number the targets. All we know is that doing what you ordered is impossible. We've boxed it up and sent it back almost a dozen times, we were that upset.
