What strikes you when you open the box is how small the whole device is. You can only really appreciate it if you put it to use. When you connect it to the Easy BBQ app, the fun begins. The readings on the device are large and very easy to read. I borrowed a thermometer from a neighbor, which costs a lot more, and compared the temperature readings. There were never more than 2 degrees between them. This is very impressive when combined with an alarm function that lets you know when your dish has reached the set temperature. This is a really reliable device.
