I have several dozen AA and AAA batteries of different brands that have been with me for years. I've typically used a basic/cheap 4-battery charger that took hours to charge my batteries. I've recently noticed that my old batteries aren't charging like they used to; They haven't been charged more than 25 times, which isn't even close to the end of battery life. So I did a little research and decided to buy the Powerex Maha MH-C801D. As soon as it arrived I started refurbishing all my old batteries. This process took several days as the recovery/charge cycle for 8 batteries took 24-30 hours. But the wait was worth it. Now all my old batteries work like new. For the price of buying new batteries to replace old ones I got this charger and now I have a fast charger and batteries to use. I recommend this product if you are in my situation or if you just need a great charger to avoid my previous situation.
