Ordered this for a black tie wedding. It was perfect for the event and I got a lot of compliments. I'm 5'5" tall and wore 4" heels and they almost touched the floor. A very forgiving fit, but shapewear/spanks are your friend, especially around the stomach and thighs. A fantastic color and a nice replacement for the ever-popular black. If you have eye-catching jewelry, it will make it shine! One final note, the labels say "Dry Clean Only". NO WAY. I used cold water, the gentlest method, 1/3 cup baking soda, turned the dress inside out. Tumble dry, do not hang dry. I ironed the "cloak" with a warm iron and iron. Came out perfect and ready for the next wear.
