I like that there's integration with other services, which makes it feel less "niche" than some of its competitors. It also has great functionality in terms of allowing you to filter out reviews by user, as well as location etc. There are times when my account gets locked up but not sure if this is due to lack of activity or what. Try using their free trial before buying - our first purchase was only $2! The benefits we've experienced is having access to all product/service information at once (previously one had to navigate through several pages). We have been able to provide much better support and assistance for users who need help finding products within the site itself rather than searching manually via Google search bar.
