Good option for improving customer response

The ability of real time alerts, which are very informative - if you need it!The platform offers no in-house support at all (so far). Not really much about this tool yet from our side.But so far we have not had any problems with their support team or customers that they could help us with. We use them as an additional channel where users can give feedback/reviews on products purchased via one of our eCommerce platforms. Reviewfox offers excellent customer service

I like that there's integration with other services, which makes it feel less "niche" than some of its competitors. It also has great functionality in terms of allowing you to filter out reviews by user, as well as location etc. There are times when my account gets locked up but not sure if this is due to lack of activity or what. Try using their free trial before buying - our first purchase was only $2! The benefits we've experienced is having access to all product/service information at once…
