Good option for improving customer response

The ability of real time alerts, which are very informative - if you need it!The platform offers no in-house support at all (so far). Not really much about this tool yet from our side.But so far we have not had any problems with their support team or customers that they could help us with. We use them as an additional channel where users can give feedback/reviews on products purchased via one of our eCommerce platforms. They also keep track of ratings received by those who leave reviews from within the stores / apps themselves. This helps improve user experience significantly since people usually do follow up what other parties say when purchasing things.And I think most importantly there would be more honest opinions out there once these third party sites get involved into rating systems. It's good because now a lot more "honest" recommendations are seen than just some random person leaving his opinion somewhere without knowing whether he actually bought something.
