My wife and I ordered a set of 2 white stools. The order was delivered quickly and in good condition. The packaging was efficient. Assembly was fairly easy thanks to the included hex key. However, the bases of both seats did not align well with the posts. One seat didn't accept the 4th bolt and I struggled with one. It's a question of quality. The stools themselves look great. However, the seat design has a noticeable bulge at the back of the seat. And the seatback is tilted in a way that's not very useful as a backrest. The pneumatic piston height adjustment lowers it a few inches when you sit on it. Even my 120 lb wife moved the stool 4 inches. I'm a lot heavier and have sagged up to 5 inches. The base of the chair is lightweight and has an integrated black plastic ring that prevents scratches on the hardwood floor and reduces shifting when someone sits on the chair. This inexpensive chair set is worth it, but not incredible value.
