The data that is available for each company or person is extremely helpful in determining where they stand in the hiring process. I can see how many resumes are received for each position. This helps me determine if my resume is getting any attention from an employer. It also helps me know who is currently working at the company so I can reach out to them for help with interviews or networking opportunities. There isn't anything I dislike about this program. It has been very helpful in tracking my progress through the hiring process. I have noticed that it takes time for your resume to get into the system but once you do it's easy to access. You can also use this to evaluate your own performance as well as other candidates. It's great to be able to track your progress in a positive way. It gives me a good idea of what companies are looking for when they go searching for new employees.
