I have ridden with them 3 times in total. I thought they were great the first two times. No problem and I can move my knee without any restrictions. Today I wore this bandage for the third time and will wear it for the last time. It caused me excruciating pain in my left knee for 20 miles almost from the minute I picked up the bike. I stopped to reconfigure it but that didn't help. I came home, took off this item and put on another old, long used CVS knee brace and rode 15 miles with no pain. I am returning this item and would like to warn others that this item made the pain unbearable until I removed it then all the pain was gone. I didn't over tighten them and can't figure out why it happened, but one bad experience is enough for me. On the plus side, returns are made easy from this seller with free shipping and many options available.
