When the device is connected to my computer, I have problems booting the computer. The problem occurs when there is no image on any of the monitors connected to my system. If I reboot with the hub disabled, everything works fine. After a reboot I can plug in the hub and it works reasonably. I also have problems with USB 3 memory sticks. Sticks that work well in other hubs and are connected directly to the computer will not show up in File Explorer when connected to this hub. The hub is connected to a USB 3 port on my system. Moving the hub to a USB-C port on my system helps, but doesn't completely fix the issue. I also found that the USB connectors are so tight on the hub that they are difficult to insert and very difficult to remove.
