His task is not to find out the cause, but to come and find cracks. The manager called back, accused me of breaking the TV and they don't want to talk about anything else. I tried to convey to him that I didn’t hit the TV, moreover, there was a white strip along the entire top of the screen, like a peeling of the matrix. Now I have to order an independent examination and solve this problem.
