We sell jam at the farmers' market and fairs. They're made with no sugar, just fruit and honey, and people are a little wary of buying them without trying them. We didn't want to use plastic tasting spoons, but we wanted something biodegradable and "all natural" and "earth friendly". These are fully compliant. Now I buy 10,000 pieces.
