HoverChop is like any other food processor that recycles products all the time. But the blade also rises and falls to better process food. The first product I processed was a cup of oatmeal. I wanted to grind it into oatmeal and it worked well for me. Then I processed about 1/2 cup of oats that also didn't grind. In this case, one cup of oatmeal was the optimal amount to process to get the right consistency. To remove the container from the base you need to remove the top and then the blade. Reattaching to the base is very easy. A light touch is enough to activate the two buttons on the base. Easy to clean.
