Cheap plastic and high suction power
Plastic is typical for cheap toys. A light towel is recommended as the absorbency of the rubber is overrated. It sticks to glass surfaces but worse on other surfaces including bathroom tiles. I've tried it on tiles and they keep falling off even with nothing hanging from them. I have cleaned the surfaces as instructed but to no avail. Your local Walmart or Target has better metal versions.
