I ordered these first in a 6.5 (my normal size) and my toes were falling off the front edge. They arrived used (gross) and damaged. It looked as if there was sticky tack on the straps. I returned and re-purchased a 7. They arrived on time and were in good condition. The straps are comfortable and do not cut into you or rub and the heel height was great. However, the minute I walked in them, my feet were just coming out of the front of the shoe no matter how tight or loose the straps were adjusted. I think this is just poor shoe design because I have other shoes this style and my feet stay put. They were so uncomfortable because of that. I would love to return them as they are not a practical shoe, although they are beautiful to look at and I got many compliments on them. They will probably sit in my closet for the rest of eternity and just look pretty. Don't order these, it isn't worth it, unless for a photo shoot or something where you do not have to actually walk in them!
