Not a true 1960's puff skirt, not enough fabric to wear a normal crinoline
It was really weird and disappointing. The skirt was not a vintage 1950's style skirt as shown in the seller and buyer's photos! It didn't *almost* have enough fabric to put on a standard crinoline (Grace Karin from the 50's). will have to be returned. And then the plaid print had a "pass" right at the top of the chest where it would be most noticeable. Everyone, thank you.
