Review on 🔒 Filtrete 16X25X1 MPR 300 Furnace Air Filter by Curtis Donjuan

I liked buying these filters because they were inexpensive and I could afford to replace them more often. I placed the first one shortly after receiving it, a little less than a month ago. It looked good and fit in my oven as expected. Fast forward a few weeks and it's cold in my house. My thermostat is set at 69 and the house doesn't go above 62. I've double checked all the windows and doors. I set the thermostat. I was confused. As a last try before visiting the AC, I checked the filter (which I had only replaced a few weeks ago) and found it was stuck in the oven with bent wires. When I finally got it out, I saw that the filter was damaged and was clogging the air intake. I replaced it with another filter and within an hour my house was warm again. Spend a few bucks more and get a different filter! Not worth the added stress and potential danger of a faulty air filter.
