Review on 📞 Retevis RT388 Kids Walkie Talkies with Multiple Channels by Curtis Nice

This was our second set of Retevis RT-388 radios. I give 5 stars for customer service. One of these radios kept dying of batteries and wouldn't stay on, we never had a problem with our 1st set. That's why we wanted to expand our collection. They just sent me a new set. We had trouble connecting the first original set to the newer sets, but we get enough time with the kids to walk the trails so they can run ahead and still socialize. The person who helped me troubleshoot the issue was great and I really appreciated the quick replies and the way the situation was resolved.
