Used it once (yesterday), rinsed it off and let it dry on a wire rack. It now has rust on some of the "tinny" parts. I have a few CONS with this item: - the blades aren't sharp enough to not just crush the beans - the blades aren't close enough to get a fine crumble, some beans needed to be done twice and some beans are plain slipping through the clamp is awful, it doesn't fit the countertop and barely fits my chopping board and I had to constantly tighten it because it just dangled - if you're left-handed be aware the handle can come loose. I set mine up to use with my right hand. I'd love to find a quality bean french and am open to suggestions (other than using a knife. LOL).
