I really like the 24 hour mode and am currently testing it on my 2.5 gallon shrimp tank. It produces a sunrise, a slow peak until noon, and then a sunset and night mode. It works great for the price and is easy. If you want something you can set and forget, this light works great! Remember that if your device fails, you need to reset it. The suction cups aren't the best, I don't really need them for my application as I used control rods to mount them under the shelf. Great for the price, looks very well made and not cheap at all.
