These are reusable paper plates.

I was looking for something for everyday use that could stand up to my kid and husband. It didn't match the bill. They're immediately colored with tomato sauce, and tonight one turned into a taco shell when it came in contact with plain grilled cheese. Light, yes - super light. Dishwasher safe, yes. I don't dare to use the microwave.
