Many people say they have used this kit to secure their trampoline in storms with winds in excess of 70 mph. but our set failed in a 50-55 mph gale. The anchors held perfectly in the ground, but the seams on several straps came undone, and as a result, the trampoline flew to the neighbors and bent. (We even shut off the power grid, which most people don't think should be done.) I called the company to see if they expected an outage with such fluctuations and told them what had happened. CSR told me I could round it up with a warranty claim, but since it was weather related it was out of warranty. I find it ironic like if the weather wasn't, I didn't need anchors. I'm going to the store to buy 4 packs of $10 ratchet straps and will use them and attach to anchors instead. I would say make your own version instead of buying this set!
