These are my perfect gloves for running, skiing, daily activities, driving and traveling in winter. Gore Windstopper fabric is not bulky and no wind, hands warm very well and no lint, I have the dexterity. They are not sealed, so not waterproof. They have no insulation so standing in very cold conditions is not the best use for them. Any light activity keeps me warm. From car to shopping, packing groceries, everything is fine. Running is great! Is this my second pair - first pair 10? Years old and a bit worn. I still use them. Just bought a second pair to make sure I have them before the first pair gives up or the seller stops making them. I'm a medium sized woman and the medium size fits well with just a little space around each number. The length is good, with an elastic band that fits snugly around the wrist (no sticky velcro, hooray!) and a fabric skirt to add a bit of length to tuck the sleeves under the coat.
