It is easy for us as we are using it in our organisation too. The support team of GetInt helps you very well when ever any issue arises with this tool while integration work done by their experts. I have not found anything negative about its performance so far but rather everything seems perfect here! We use it at my organization level where people can see status changes like "In progress", etc., along-with information regarding comments from others who interact within that ticket/issue. The most useful feature is that it syncs with multiple platforms. It's easy to use. I have been using this for years now and never had any issues. There are many other options out there but this one has always worked well for me. We use this to keep track of our projects. It helps us stay organized and on top of things. Also, we can easily share files with each other without having to go through email attachments.
