VERY SMALL SET

The quality is very good. However, the picture shown is deceptive. My granddaughter is 4 years old which is the lower size limit and it fits her very well. It definitely doesn't cover her head as the picture shows because it stretches so much to fit true to size. By the way, she doesn't have a big head. It will probably fit a 2 or 3 year old.
