This was my fifth neck massager, I threw away two, packed two. I like the neck block very much, my neck hurts a lot. The big block is good too, but like all other massagers, the turning mechanisms seem to be designed for people with big necks. I'm very average, I'm not a small person. It's also annoying that I have to re-pair one device to be able to use the next one. Two separate power supplies would be nice. It's still way better than the other four devices I've bought. The cheapest of the four was $40, so I didn't buy cheap products, only useless ones. This one is a guard. For now.
