Review on πŸ”ͺ Kyocera Advanced Ceramic Revolution Series 6-inch Santoku Knife - Black Handle, White Blade by Niranjan Reynolds

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Extremely fragile cutlery and knife accessory

I know it's a ceramic knife and it's supposed to be fragile, but this is the third Kyocera ceramic knife I've bought. The first and second were bought in Korea. Unfortunately, the soaped cutting board slipped out of my hand and the corner hit the knife at a right angle, breaking it. I still use a small one that I bought from the same store as the first one. After the first one broke I decided to order a replacement. I'm not sure if all the knives are made in the same place, but the one I got from Revain only lasted a month. The knife broke trying to cut the pumpkin! I sincerely believe that this would never have happened to the previous one. I didn't use too much force or a weird cutting angle. I'm very disappointed that it wasn't as durable as the previous one.
