The doorknob on our microwave broke a few weeks before our open house. Luckily this worked as a good replacement for our Frigidaire microwave before the house went up for sale. Installation was more difficult than I had hoped. You'll have to unscrew and pry out the parts of the door that don't fit back; Admittedly this is a problem with the microwave and I ended up gluing some of the components back on. I also sold a house so I didn't care. This handle seems to fit several microwave oven models, which is fine, but not quite right. It screws into the door and opens and closes the door with ease, allowing it to get the job done. This is a very expensive component as it usually consists of one piece of plastic. I received this as a stock deal and would recommend doing the same if you can.
