This is exactly what I was looking for. I chose the medium size. The coverage is perfect and the weight of the jacket is light enough that I've worn it to work outdoors in central California in over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The jacket perfectly protects arms, hands and neck. I like the thumb loops at the ends of the extra long sleeves that keep the jacket taut over the arms. I didn't need another sunscreen product because this feature works so well. I also appreciate that this jacket is great for indoor use. I also use it when I'm in a particularly cool air-conditioned home. It offers the perfect insulation needed in this cold home. Still, I can't wait to use it for the purpose I originally bought it for...I plan to wear it under my life jacket as a rash guard. ride waveguides all summer. I'm sure it will work perfectly.
