Review on 🌀 Noctua NF-A4x20 5V Premium Quiet Fan (5V Version) – Efficient Cooling with 3-Pin Connector, 40x20mm, in Brown by Mike Stevenson

I bought two of these fans to fix two noisy Delta Electronics 5V DC Brushless 40x40x10mm fans on my Netgear GS716Tv1 Smart Ethernet Switch (good base) Web Controlled -Switch to replace with VLAN, which I took almost for nothing). With two 40 x 40 x 20 mm Noctua fans swapped out, the noise level has been reduced by a factor of 10-20 (10-13 dBA) and is now acceptable for office use with a low hum and white noise of air movement. I used the original bolts with inverted nuts as that worked better for this application than the rubber inserts that came with the fans. I cut the old fans from their header and use the wire connectors that come with the new fans to match the fan power wires to the original header. It was an easy 25 minute job. Perfect!
