Great sleeve length (with little freedom of movement) and waist, but too small in the shoulders. I ordered the XL thinking it would stretch a little and fight just right. It doesn't stretch, but it's comfortable in it, except for the narrow shoulders (not bulky). I'm 5'4", broad shouldered, 38" (college softball sorority build) and wear size 14 jeans.
